Community Health Alliance Clinic

The Community Health Alliance Clinic offers medical and dental services (among other services) for low income individual or families. They operate six health centers throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.

Monday/Thursday/Friday 6:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. & Tuesday/Wednesday 6:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Requirements

No age requirements. If you are under Medicare, Medicaid, or any other type of insurance you must bring in identification and
insurance card. If not insured, you will meet with a worker to fill out an eligibility application based on income and number of family
members. Must bring an ID, proof of address, a document that proves home address, and the necessary application.

Insurance
Do not need insurance, however, some costs may be covered under Medicare or Medicaid.

Cost

The services provided are not free, there will be a cost. If uninsured, eligible patients can apply for the sliding scale fee.
